Exchange & Return Policy

At Cozylette, each piece is lovingly crafted and packed with care. As a small business, we strive to maintain mindful production and sustainable shopping — and we appreciate your kind understanding in return.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns unless the item you received is defective.

However, we do allow a one-time size exchange per order, including for discounted items, subject to the following conditions:

✦ Size Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is limited to 1 time per order and applies to size-related issues only.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags fully intact.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers will bear the cost of returning the item, while Cozylette will cover the re-shipping fee for the new size.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

To request a size exchange, please email us at cozylette@gmail.com with:

  • Subject line: “Size Exchange Request”
  • Your order number
  • The new size you wish to exchange for

We will provide instructions and mailing details once your request is approved.

Defective Items

If you’ve received a defective item, please contact us at cozylette@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Subject line: “Return Request Due to Defect”
  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the defect
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • State whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange

To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

We Do Not Offer Returns or Exchanges For:

  • Change of mind
  • Colour or fabric preference
  • Incorrect item selection (other than size)
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items not in resellable condition
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
